Lufthansa Systems

Concept for the Aircraft Interiors Expo Hamburg and the APEX EXPO in Portland, Singapore and Long Beach

Lufthansa Systems GmbH & Co. KG is one of the world’s leading IT suppliers for the airline industry. The company offers innovative and frequently market-leading IT products and services to over 300 airline clients.

The 54 m² exhibition island was developed for a period of 3 years and is used worldwide.

The basic idea behind the exhibition and design concept was to create a modern, open, bright and welcoming design which highlights the product SOFTWARE. This called for a clear and well-arranged exhibition stand structure, condensed around a few imposing elements.

The general product presentation takes place along the exterior of the round lounge balustrade at 12 specially customized tablet holders. To maintain the flexibility for adapting to new tablet brands and models, the holders where constructed so that the devices could be replaced at any time.

For VIPs or potential clients an intensive consultancy center was integrated in the form of a small client lounge. A mini catering bar, comfortable seating and consoles with integrated tablets facilitate individual product consultation seated away from the turbulence of the busy exhibition.

The exhibition stand, as the showpiece of the company, reflects the very high quality demands of Lufthansa Systems regarding the material, manufacturing, exclusivity and elegance. This customized stand is noticeably superior to system-built exhibition stands.
