Ulla Götz
A creative and innovative interior architect and designer with over 20 years experience. Her work includes the development of modern and innovative exhibition stand concepts for the aviation and tourism industries, classic interior architecture for private, public and industrial areas and the design of furniture which is appropriate for these settings. Expert knowledge of aviation specific processes and requirements has been part of her competence portfolio for over 15 years.
Driven by a desire to exceed client expectations with an attention to detail and a focus towards functionality, she has achieved superior results in many international projects. She has been working as a freelance interior architect in Cologne since October 2007.
From 1998 – 2007 she was employed as Project Manager by Lufthansa Consulting GmbH in the Architecture and Design department in Cologne.
The international projects entailed the architectural realization of a new corporate identity for various airlines and airports including the interior architecture and furniture design of lounges, cargo centers, control centers, aircraft cabin design, furniture design for check-in desks, control center desks and uniform design. Her work also covered exhibition design and interior architecture of offices for management and staff.
From 2007 – 2010 she implemented further projects for the Architecture and Design department at Lufthansa Consulting GmbH as a freelance interior architect.
From 1995 – 1997 she gained experience in retail design during her employment with the interior architectural firm Schwitzke & Partner in Dusseldorf. The assignments ranged from shop fitting design and shop in store design to the interior architecture of administrative buildings.
At the design agency O DIN GmbH in Mannheim she worked as a Product Designer for high quality stainless steel accessories from 1993 – 1995.
She completed her Degree in Design and Interior Architecture at the Faculty of Interior Design at the University of Applied Sciences in Kaiserslautern from 1987 – 1993.
Ulla Götz is a member of the Chamber of Architects in North Rhine Westphalia and in the Association of German Interior Architects/Designers.
