Lufthansa Systems – Interior design + furniture design for foyer, customer lounge, showroom and managing director’s area in the “Lufthansa Airport Garden” office building in Raunheim, Germany

Lufthansa Systems GmbH & Co. KG is one of the world’s leading IT suppliers for the airline industry. The company offers innovative and frequently market-leading IT products and services to over 300 airline clients.

The new Lufthansa Systems headquarters is located at “Lufthansa Airport Garden” in Raunheim near Frankfurt am Main. The architects Graf & Graf created a modern new building with an area of 1800 square meters for the c.800 employees.

An individual furniture design was developed and produced for all rooms. A strikingly unusual reception counter was designed for the foyer, into which the elaborate technology could be perfectly integrated. The lighting concept is particularly remarkable due to special lighting objects, which are part of the room design.

An elaborate catering counter, an oversized three-legged high table and a corresponding furnishing concept were designed to create a harmonious customer lounge area.

In the managing director’s area a range of furnishings were developed including a large conference table with matching furniture such as sideboards for the conference room.

The rooms designed by Ulla Götz meet the high quality standards of Lufthansa Systems as regards materials, workmanship and uniqueness.

Ulla Götz, InnenArchitektur+Design, also designed the employee lounges and kitchenettes in the identical building.
